Why should be done by the university? First, the university as a pillar of the implementation of an education. Level of high education at university level. Second, education is still regarded as a strategic agency that teaches the concepts and sciences, including environmental. On the shoulders of education, the concepts/ideas about the environment can be learned and plunged so that the issue of environmental damage can be conquered immediately.
